BRG drugs are different - ANTICANCER EFFECTS

Based on our preclinical studies:

Lethal concentration 50% (LC50) effects are one of the measurements used by the NCI-DTP for evaluating and comparing anticancer drugs. This measurement shows the ability of a drug to completely stop tumor cell growth & also kill 50% of the starting cell numbers.

We compared the effectiveness of cisplatin in human cancer cell lines representative of lung cancers, malignant pleural mesotheliomas, and ovarian cancers.

Cisplatin did no kill 50% of the tumor cells in any of these human cancer cell lines even at doses greater than 25 microM – these results are indicated by the orange line.

BRG-4 killed 50% of the cancer cells in all cell lines at doses that are well below the doses that stop normal cells from growing.

BRG Drugs - Antiviral Effects

BRG drugs’ active ingredient has been shown in preclinical studies to reduce or block the replication of representative DNA, RNA, and reverse-transcribing viruses.

Anticancer & antiviral?

BRG drugs work via processes already in our cells; these processes are also used by natural compounds (glutathione, n-acetylcysteine, polyamines, & vitamin C) to induce similar effects in the right context. BRG drugs add a new tool to this armamentarium.
