BRG drugs are a new family of therapeutic agents that, based on our preclinical study results, induce broad anticancer and antiviral effects.

They deliver two ingredients:

(1) 2, -3(aminopropyl)amino ethane thiol (NCI nomenclature - APAET)

(2) a thiol-PEG polymer that can be varied for each BRG drug

The first active ingredient (APAET) is the active form of BRG drugs and also of an older FDA-approved drug that has reported, in the peer-reviewed literature, cell protective effects in normal cells and anticancer and antiviral effects in diseased cells.
