BRG prodrugs deliver two ingredients

(1) ‘APAET” - the active ingredient; also the active form of an older drug that is FDA-approved and induces cell protective effects in normal cells.

(2) Thiol-PEG polymer - this can vary between BRG drugs to make different drugs with differences in safety and efficacy ; the two examples tested in our preclinical studies are shown here.
